Nine years ago, I traded the snowy streets of Green Bay, Wisconsin for the scenic mountains of Colorado Springs. My passion for the outdoors started early, whether it was waterfowl hunting and fishing with my dad or snowboarding 40 plus days a season.
I began my career in landscaping right after moving here, starting with tree and shrub pruning, planting, and even tree climbing. Soon I discovered my true calling in irrigation and landscape installations, thanks to training from my close friend Daniel, a 30 plus year veteran and true irrigation master.
Over the years, I have built a skill set that covers everything from irrigation revamps and installs to sod and turf work, retaining walls, flagstone and paver patios, xeriscaping, and artificial turf. I take pride in creating cost effective, efficient solutions without sacrificing quality or longevity. Our work is not just about making things look beautiful, it is about building outdoor spaces that stand the test of time.
When I am not working, you will probably find me snowboarding, mountain biking, or enjoying time with my wife Laura, my partner in both life and business.

I came to the United States almost five years ago from beautiful Guatemala, where I grew up surrounded by farmland, animals, and hard work. From an early age, I helped my dad manage payroll and projects on our family farm, and I developed a deep connection with horses, dogs, and cattle. I went on to earn a degree in Business Administration and even spent time as a project manager while participating in a college program at Disney World, an experience that taught me the value of detail, organization, and guest satisfaction.
When I moved to Colorado Springs, I worked in food service and later in fencing and decking, always learning, growing, and challenging myself. When Jack decided to launch Outdoor Projects, it felt natural to join him in building something of our own.
I love being outdoors, meeting new people, and taking on projects that make a real difference for our clients. Whether it is coordinating the details behind the scenes or being hands on in the field, I am committed to delivering quality work and a positive experience every time.
In my free time, I am learning to snowboard with plenty of patience and embracing every opportunity to grow both as a business owner and as part of our amazing Colorado community.
